Mary Stiglic

As director of producer training and development and “queen of the builders risk universe,” Mary specializes in product education for the newest to the most seasoned insurance agents. Her work is centered on helping US Assure’s commercial and personal lines producers understand policy language, underwriting expectations and the practical “how to.”

With more than 30 years in builders risk insurance, Mary is known for her creative, fun approach to translating insurance concepts into clear, usable guidance. She develops and delivers training around the real questions agents ask, spotlighting common misunderstandings and hiccups when insuring course of construction risks. 

Through her coaching and mentorship, Mary helps agents dial-in their submissions and align with underwriting teams, ultimately betting their experience and outcomes for policyholders.
